If you’ve been following me on Instagram lately, you’ve probably heard that I’m launching a new line of wellness teas on the shelf soon.

If you’re not following, well… you’ll know anyway!

Tea has been a big part of my life since I started my health and wellness journey for a number of reasons. It’s an easy way to stay hydrated.

But another thing I love about tea is soaked A tea with a history.

If you live in America, you might think of the American Revolutionary War. However, tea has been a very important part of many cultures around the world for hundreds, sometimes thousands of years. It’s one of those things you can have and enjoy together.

So when I started putting together the MY tea line, I wanted to make sure it reflected this kind of global mindset. Much of my travels have inspired the different tea blends I have on sale.

On a more practical level, we made sure that the initial release of the blend did a lot of what people normally get out of their tea.

Stress relief is probably the number one reason many people drink tea. Have you ever seen a panic-stricken or highly agitated character in a movie or show calm down with a sip of hot tea? Most stress-reducing teas feature peppermint as the main ingredient. Mine has some bonus ingredients to dial up the flavor and give your body more antioxidant power!

The second reason most people drink tea is to help them rest and recover, as adequate rest has a huge impact on our well-being. Lemon balm is a popular ingredient in teas designed to promote relaxation and recovery. It contains elements such as 😉

Another popular reason to drink tea is to boost your immunity! We tend to think of green tea as boosting our immunity when we’re not feeling well, but I learned a few tricks from my travels and came up with something a little different. It’s flavorful and caffeine-free, so you won’t have to worry about losing a night’s sleep.

Tea provides energy and focus

Speaking of caffeine, the fourth most common reason to drink tea is to find energy and focus. I advocate replacing coffee with tea. Instead of dehydrating, it gives your body vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
