And off to Hawaii! Chris and I are heading to Maui with some good friends. I really enjoy lounging on the beach, going to spas and hopefully spotting whales. As I was preparing for this trip, I had to step out of my cold mindset and imagine warmth, but I’m going in a wet month. We will be staying at a lovely resort, enjoying their accommodations, eating delicious food, and going to a magic show one night! I thought it would be fun to show you the contents of my suitcase.
swimsuit
Speaking of swimsuits, the best thing to do is to put on a wet swimsuit again! Impossible to wear. I have brought several options so that I can bring at least one daily suit.
cover up
A coverup is the best way to “dress up” a swimsuit. I’ve been obsessed with this Somersault coverup for over a year now.
dress
When I’m on vacation, I love to dress up and go out to dinner. Very easy, effortless and comfortable.
shorts + set
I’m obsessed with the set right now, it’s new, but I love the way it looks, so I’m embracing it.
sandals
Sandals are a vacation essential. he said enough.
sun hat
I always steal Chris’s hat when I travel, so I finally got my own hat. I also like the look of the visor.
sunglasses
You should have at least one really nice pair of sunglasses that you don’t mind losing during your excursion.
