2 tablespoons half granulated sugar or cane sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil
(or hair oil of your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or aloe vera gel

Method:

Add sugar, honey or aloe vera gel, and olive oil to a small mixing bowl and mix well until the ingredients are well combined.

How to use on scalp: Rinse your hair with water, apply this to your scalp, gently exfoliate in circular motions and massage. Do this for 5-8 minutes, then wash off with a mild shampoo and conditioner as usual.

2. Sugar and Coffee Scrub:

material:

ground coffee 2 tablespoons

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon half granulated sugar or cane sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil

1-2 tablespoons water

Method:

In a small mixing bowl add ground coffee, apple cider vinegar, sugar and olive oil and mix well.

How to use on scalp: Rinse your hair with water, apply this to your scalp, gently exfoliate in circular motions and massage. Do this for 5-8 minutes, then wash off with a mild shampoo and conditioner as usual.
