Strawberry and cream flavors stand out in this simple and delicious oatmeal recipe. Cooking oatmeal with strawberry puree and milk gives you fresh berry flavor in every bite.

Why I Love This Strawberry and Cream Oatmeal
We love oatmeal at home and regularly rotate quite a few oatmeal recipes. First, it comes together quickly on the stove. Second, it’s a great recipe for using up those “oversized” strawberries lurking in the corner of your fridge. Next time, don’t throw! Puree those berries with milk and whip up this strawberry and cream oatmeal.
And last, but certainly not least, it’s a very satisfying taste. By pureeing the berries and cooking the oatmeal with strawberry milk, you get a delicious berry flavor in every bite of oatmeal. Sugar can be adjusted as needed, depending on the sweetness of the berries.

Ingredients for strawberry and cream oatmeal:
- oats– This oatmeal uses regular rolled oats.
- strawberry– Sweet, seasonal berries give the best strawberry flavor.
- oat milk– I used oat milk, but you can use whatever milk you have on hand.
- sugar・I used granulated sugar. You can also use maple syrup, honey, or any other sweetener of your choice here!
- vanilla extract– Adds delicious flavor to this oatmeal.
- salt– By adding just a little bit of salt, you can enhance the taste even if it is not salty at all.

How to make strawberry and cream oatmeal:
- rinse the strawberries, cut off the stems and add to the blender along with the milk. Set aside some strawberries on top of your oatmeal.
- puree until smooth.
- add strawberry milk To pot Along with oats, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- simmer Cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until thick and creamy.
