  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats*, Bob’s Red Mill etc.
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, plus for serving
  • 1/4 tea spoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup white meat
  • 2 cup mixed fresh berries, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry
  • 1 Moderate ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Spray the slow cooker with oil to prevent sticking. Stir oats, water, maple syrup, cinnamon, and egg whites in slow cooker.
