I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am to fully reveal our brand new kitchen. So to finally be able to share the final pics feels next-level lovely.
If you’ve been a reader for some time, you’re well aware of what we’ve been through with home renovations. I wasn’t sure if they felt they needed to do a major refurbishment. But I am here to tell you that pulling the trigger was the best decision we made.So if you’re on the fence, let this be your sign keep it up. I secretly wish I had just done it years ago.

Renovation is not exactly fun Now that the kitchen is complete, when I try to put into words how I feel when using the kitchen, sometimes I can’t put it into words.Frankly, this refurbishment completely It changed the energy in our homes and maybe even our lives. I actually didn’t realize how many small daily annoyances there were until our old kitchen was no longer a problem. It was all worth it.

Since then, our new kitchen has become a favorite place in our home.Aesthetically, there is no doubt that the upgrade was profound (art, from this talented local artist, currently stealing the show for me). But functionally, life has also improved significantly.Adequate lighting, level floor (remember this? Ha) sliding drawer dreamsan appliance that works exactly as it’s supposed to… kitchen sink Fits multiple pots and pans at once (I’m sure you can take a bath with this one), dream hardware Luxurious touch…A seamless backsplash It can be wiped clean in a fraction of a second… It’s the result of all these beautiful details that transform this space from a place to get work done to a place that feels like heaven.
I find myself cooking more often. The urge to bake bread exploded exponentially. And in that little nook are some of the best memories of my life. Plus, I love that it didn’t take away her 130-year-old personality that was innate in our home. Everything was great. Excited to finally share the results.
