I’ve spent my mother’s entire life refining recipes. I can’t always justify making cookies with two cups of sugar every time I crave them. When I wanted to eat, I knew it was time to make a recipe. health No-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies.
These are made with whole grains, are low in sugar, and aren’t lacking in nutrients like many other cookies. I like to store them in the freezer so I have an emergency stash on hand. Ingredients for no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies:
- oats– We use quick oats in these cookies.
- peanut butter・Uses creamy natural peanut butter.

- Maple syrup– Adds just the right amount of sweetness and helps bind the mixture together.
- coconut oil– We love the flavor of coconut oil, but if you don’t, butter works here too.
- milk– I used normal 2% milk.
- vanilla extract– for flavor.




How to make no-bake chocolate oatmeal cookies

Why are my no-bake cookies dry?
If the no-bake cookies become dry or crumbly, you may have overcooked the moist mixture.

- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 cup quick oats not old fashioned

In a medium saucepan, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and milk. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring frequently. With almost constant stirring, the low boiling point he continues for 1 minute.
