And today I remind you of these amazing things Clausen Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices This is absolutely my favorite dill pickle! Ever since I learned these things from her sister Pam who I found out from her sister Laurel and Pam told me about them, this is something that’s always been in my fridge.
You can find them in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores and they cost a little more than regular pickles, but these are so good! Most of the time, I just eat a few slices as a snack when I’m craving something crunchy.
I also love using these in recipes that call for pickled dill, and the long slices are much easier to chop than other pickles. With less than carbs, a few slices are a healthy snack that really hits the spot when you’re in need of some crunch.
