The best flavors are the ones on sale. yellow mango I am everywhere now. I’m a big fan of chicken wings, so I went a little tropical for Chris Cooks this week, and it paid off big time. Because this wing is great.

The sauce is really special. Very, very simple – real ingredients (with a nominal amount of sugar from sweetened coconut milk), smooth and creamy, but no dairy, grains, gluten, soy, eggs – anything big except wood. Is not … nuts (sorry).
If there’s one thing that every griller should keep in mind, it’s seasoning and grilling food. after that Add the sauce as it falls (or at the end). Most BBQ sauces contain a lot of sugar, and the sugar burns. It ruins the flavor. These chicken wings are simply seasoned, grilled to perfection, and drizzled with sauces just before serving.

Free of many major allergens (not just tree nuts, sorry), this is a chicken wing dish that people will want to eat again and again.

For the sauce, mix the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes. Place in blender until completely smooth and set aside.

Remove the chicken wings from the grill, put them in a bowl, drizzle with the sauce (maybe 1/2 cup) and mix. Serve warm and store leftover sauce in the refrigerator to use on grilled chicken. Makes a great dipping sauce or condiment.
