In my opinion, mangoes are not used as often as required in recipes. We have a tutorial on how to cut mangoes, so switch this to a game of salsa and forget about tomatoes for a while. It’s mango time, BB, here we are at the party.

I love going to the supermarket and finding two $1 mangoes and then coming home to make a batch of this fresh mango mango salsa.

  • zest and juice of 1 small lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
