Set goals for the week
Now that you have the page printed and ready to go, it’s time to plan your week.
One of the most useful parts of this printable piece is the small block at the bottom of the first page that gives you space to set your weekly goals.
I’m a little fanatical about setting goals. workGoals keep you motivated because they give you something to aim for. When we are working towards a specific result, we rarely waste time.

However, goals are of no use without a system and plan to achieve them. That’s where the time block part of the printable comes in!
Plan your week with time blocking
What is time blocking?
Time blocking is the process of assigning tasks for the day to specific times on your calendar. This helps me stay focused on the task and eliminate distractions because I know I only have a set amount of time to complete it before moving on to the next one. Never get lost in the endless scrolling of TikTok!)
Time blocks can seem restrictive at first, but they are actually quite liberating. Instead of interrupting your focused work time to respond to emails, you can schedule time to work on emails during the day so you can be confident that you will respond in the allotted time. . Keep your projects going without distractions or interruptions, and get more done along the way.

By blocking time, you’ll have more projects completed and fewer open issues hanging around because you were trying to do one thing after another. Blocking time allows you to keep working.
Collect all your thoughts in one printable place for weekly planning
Finally, we’ve added a small notes section at the bottom of your printable weekly plan so you can collect thoughts and ideas that come to mind as you work.

This makes it easier to keep working, but not forgetting other details you want to remember or pursue. If a new thought or idea requires a specific action, you can easily add it to your plan to block time later in the week.
Weekly Plan Printable: Final Thoughts
Thinking about everything you need to accomplish in a week can be pretty daunting, but having a plan makes it much easier to tackle your to-do list with purpose. Add in the productivity benefits of time blocking and you’ll be able to accomplish more than you ever thought possible!
We hope this printable weekly plan will help you make the most of your time and get more done. Fun project!
