A habit tracker is an app or system used to measure someone’s habits (good and bad habits).

Being able to check off each day when you’ve completed it gives you accountability and motivation to stick with it.

To motivate you, you can also include a reason why you want to start the new habit, as well as optional rewards for sticking with the habit over a period of time.
