How to use the challenge template

Quite simply, this tracker has the following features:

  • A space for writing your own assignments at the top of the page
  • Set aside space each day to write down specific things that the assignment requires (some people just do the same thing every day for 30 days, others do something specific, such as get something specific done, eat certain things, etc.). Some people do that.)
  • Space next to day number to date – if you have a schedule.
  • Check the box against each day so you can check them off as you progress through the challenge.

Once you’ve decided which challenge you want to do, print a copy, fill in the required details, and commit to completing the challenge within the next 30 days.

Simple!

#3 – Use 0 – Be conscious of how much you don’t need to spend in your daily life

#5 – Do a random act of kindness every day – Always a winner! Donate to charity, help a stranger, pay for someone else’s coffee at the store – finding opportunities is half the fun!

#6 – Talk daily with family friends –A great option to try if you spend months without a connection.

#7 – Tidy Up x 1 Day – I had to include this! I used to do a challenge to let go of 5 things a day with different themes (clothes, kitchen utensils, broken things, etc.).
