What is a water tracker?
Simply put, hydration tracker tracks how much water you are consuming daily, weekly or monthly.

Why should I track my water intake?
We all need to drink more water, but it is often easier said than done.
Even though I know it’s good for me, why do I find it difficult to do it?
Tracking it makes it a little more game-like and more engaging. It can also show progress (good or bad) so you can take action and fine-tune your habits to drink more.




how to drink more water
#1 – Get into the habit of drinking a glass in the morning before you get out of bed. Prepare it the night before.
#2 – Drink a glass of water before each meal.
#3 – Replace 1-2 hot drinks with water daily. To make it easier to drink, you can drink warm water with lemon or sugar-free squash.
#Four – Hate plain water? Once you get used to it, adding a little fresh fruit or sugar-free squash makes it even better.
#Five – Set goals and reward yourself when you reach them. Great motivation!
