Low Carb / Low Glycemic / South Beach Diet Suggestions:
With almond flour and monk fruit sweetener, the latest version of these sugar-free sugar-free chocolate shortbread cookies should be suitable for all low-carb diets. Cookies made with butter aren’t actually approved for the original South Beach Diet (almond flour is only used for phases 2 or 3), but if you’re following the South Beach Diet strictly, you’re approved. I think making these with margarine gives better results., or even with butter, I think this is less luxurious than other holiday cookies!
