Creamy, savory and super easy to prepare, this one-pan chicken and kale recipe will quickly become a new household favorite any time of the year! Below are some quick and easy side recommendations for serving it up. Here are detailed step-by-step recipes, including:
Can I use boneless chicken?
My 15 year old thought the bones made it a bit difficult to cut and eat. But if you like it, I think it will be great without the bones. Yes, and hopefully it will lick your plate clean!
What do you serve in the Dijon Chicken Skillet?
As I said earlier, I put it on mashed potatoes, but homemade polenta and brown rice would also be a great option.
Can I substitute kale?
As with most similar recipes, you can substitute spinach for the kale. The sauce is still delicious!
