This simple DIY hair sleeping mask contains just three simple ingredients: aloe vera, coconut oil, and castor oil.

The benefits of these ingredients are:


Aloe vera reduces hair loss and stimulates hair follicles by contributing to cell turnover, a natural process that involves the constant shedding of dead skin cells over a period of time and their replacement with younger skin cells. Helps promote growth. It also helps add shine and give your hair a natural shine.
