- 8 slice center cut bacon
- 1 big head florets of broccoli , sliced into bite size pieces
- ⅓ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
- ½ cup raw sunflower seed shells
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise, using hermann’s light
- ¼ cup plain fat free greek yogurt, Dairy or Dairy Free

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp and browned, about 4 minutes per side.

If you want to bake, bake on a baking sheet in a preheated 400°F oven (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
