A breakfast strata is like a good breakfast French toast. It’s perfect for entertaining as you have to prepare everything the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next morning, pop it in the oven and your breakfast is ready.

Variation of breakfast strata

  • You can easily replace mushrooms with asparagus or bell peppers.
  • Substitute diced ham or cooked bacon for sausage.
  • Skip the meat and go vegetarian.
  • Make it with your favorite cheese. Gruyère is a delicious option.

Enjoy the combination of flavors you came up with!!
