I love cottage cheese, and since it’s getting warmer I love eating it with fresh berries. Topped with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries and sliced almonds, this super simple and quick to whip up. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, it’s easy to get 19 grams of protein a day. If you don’t like the taste of cottage cheese, you can use yogurt instead. How to prepare cottage cheese breakfast bowl meal
These berry cottage cheese breakfast bowls are perfect for meal prep. You can even make a few at a time and use them for breakfast for the week. Place cottage cheese in a storage container and top with berries, almonds, honey or maple syrup. At breakfast, stir to combine all ingredients and enjoy!

If you don’t have enough or don’t like the variety of berries, double the amount of one of the other berries.
If it’s not berry season, the cottage cheese bowl can be topped with other fruits such as peaches, mangoes, bananas and apples. Most combinations of fruits work.
Replace almonds with pecans, hemp seeds, or walnuts.
If you prefer a sweeter breakfast, top the bowl with maple syrup or honey.
